- Y Mentor data tracking through the web
- Zero to minimum out of pocket expenses for Y. All donation in kind from volunteers.

- Cloud-based deployment which means server is remotely located and not tied to a piece of HW or SW on premise

- RDB SQLserver if RDB is needed
- Investigate google app engine
- Might investigate Plomino as an alternative. Plomino is a Plone Domino Product
- Use Agile dev process ... use cases and deliverable incrementally, enable user to test and try out
