The BEAM team is open to evaluate requests for engagement and consultation. While we hope to grow our human resources, We use the IBM IPD process to evaluate and manage our projects. The IPD process considers projects to have the following phases: 1. Pre-concept - an early idea. 2. Concept - idea somewhat scoped out with enough details to give an early size and/or to build a proof of concept demonstration 3. Plan - idea is solid, stakeholders are identified, and there is strong commitment to go forward from all parties. 4. Develop - program or application is being developed 5. Available - IT solution is shipped and being used by clients. Note: The following project tracking DB is implemented using Plomino. Document Actions |
