CIBER Inc is hiring in Rochester, MN.If you are currently employed please pass this email on to your friends who may be interested.If you are interested  please email your resume to dslaymaker@ciber.com and then call Dave for next step at 507-250-4420 If you are currently working with another CIBER, Inc recruiter please let me know and we will collaborate. CIBER is currently seeking a Lead Test Engineer in Rochester, MN for product support on external personal storage boxes.  These boxes historically have a USB/eSATA/Firewire interface to them, but are now transitioning to wireless.  This position will require test execution, problem debugging and fix verification for these devices.  In addition, this candidate will utilize project management/leadership capabilities and be comfortable articulating complex status/problems to management.Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Engineering, or similar degree.  MS preferred.
• Must have 5-10 years of industry experience.
• Leadership / Project Management ability to interface with upper management.
• Must be very comfortable in a lab environment.
• A strong understanding of personal computer (PC & Apple) architecture/electronics/firmware/operating systems.
• Understanding on how to run a bus analyzer.
• Basic understanding of hard disk drive technology and interfaces.
• Understanding of SATA disk drive interface would be beneficial.
• Document test results and create problem tracking reports. Summarize status of test results in a PowerPoint format.
• Ability to verbally summarize and present to management in a concise and high level fashion on a weekly basis.
• Ability to multiplex several products at the same time and keep each moving forward.
• Must be organized and have a systematic approach and proactively take ownership are keys to being successful in this area.
